With their decisions, Ms. von der Leyen and others have put the lives of 451 million EU citizens at risk and unconscionably released them for research purposes. With their actions, they have enabled and supported the conditional approval by the EMA of a vaccine whose effectiveness and safety are not known, whose production involves great risks, which according to the contract can lead to death, illness and disability, and further Old people, sick people, healthy people, children, babies and pregnant women are vaccinated.
The AllgemeinWohlLobby and the human rights organization United For Freedom, represented by Uwe Kranz and Marianne Grimmenstein-Balas, have now filed a criminal complaint against those primarily responsible for the advance purchase agreement between the EU and BioNTech/Pfizer at the International Criminal Court in The Hague.
The advance purchase agreement between Pfizer/BioNTech and the EU was signed by Nanette Cocero, Global President (Vaccines) at Pfizer and Stella Kyriakides, EU Commissioner for Health, on behalf of EU countries on November 20, 2020. It has long been known that the vaccines were inadequately tested and tested and approved far too quickly and hastily. However, the EU Commission and the governments have so far refused to disclose the contract.
Now
it is clear why: Because in this contract everyone can read how without
hesitation the EU Commission and the EU governments played with the
lives of their 451 million citizens. The first secret purchase
agreement between the EU and the vaccine manufacturers BioNTech/Pfizer

Therefore, on November 28, 2023, the two representatives of the human rights organization United For Freedom, Marianne Grimmmenstein-Balas and Uwe Kranz, filed a criminal complaint against those primarily responsible for this contract with the International Criminal Court in The Hague.
Based on the available information, there is reason to believe that numerous violations of the Nuremberg Code, crimes against humanity, the crime of genocide and war crimes were committed by multiple individuals. The following people are accused:

In this contract, the EU Commission states that the use of the vaccine is “under the sole responsibility of the EU member states”. Not the EU Commission, not BioNTech/Pfizer are responsible for the application, but the EU member states. So the pharmaceutical companies are not liable for anything.
The EU accepts that the production of the vaccine is subject to “significant risks and uncertainties”. The EU Commission has thus recognized the high risks and uncertainties in the production of the vaccine and at the same time approved the shortcomings of vaccine production. On page 25 of the purchase contract, the EU Commission and BioNTech/Pfizer even specify for which vaccine damage the pharmaceutical company's indemnity applies. These are: death, physical harm, mental or emotional harm, illness, disability, loss or damage to property, economic loss or business interruption.
Furthermore,
the individual EU member states confirm with the order contracts
negotiated by the EU that the long-term effects and effectiveness of the
vaccine are not known and unknown side effects may occur. And this
with a vaccine that should be used to vaccinate healthy people (!)!

On October 18, 2023, in response to a request from several MEPs, the EMA confirmed that “the COVID-19 vaccines are not approved to prevent transmission from one person to another” ( source )
Governments knew that the vaccines would not prevent the virus from spreading. However, they did not pass on this knowledge to citizens and, despite this fact, they introduced compulsory vaccination for some population groups. In doing so, they all disregarded the Nuremberg Code and general human rights.
